ISSUE #02

I MOVED THE DATE. HERE IS WHY

Two weeks ago I told you the War Room opened June 10. Twelve seats. Cohort 1.

It is not opening June 10. I moved it to Thursday, July 9.

Here is the honest version, because the honest version is the whole point of this thing.

Seven days out, the room had zero seats filled. This list is about two weeks old. There is no social proof yet, and a $997 room asks for a level of trust a two-week-old audience has not had time to earn. The date was aggressive for a brand-new funnel. The interest is real. The conversion just lives further down the timeline than seven days.

So I had two options.

Option one: act like cohort 1 happened, quietly fold it into "cohort 2," and never mention it again. The voice loved that option. It is clean. Nobody would know.

Option two: tell you the truth, move the date, keep building.

The voice calls option one strategy. It is not strategy. It is fear wearing a strategy costume. The second a brand built on radical honesty starts hiding its own misses, the brand is finished. Option one was dead on arrival.

So we are taking option two. Cohort 1 is now the Founding Cohort. Thursday, July 9 through October 8. Twelve seats, and smaller is fine. Three to five founders who finish and produce real results become the proof engine for everyone after them. Enrollment closes July 5.

That decision, made out loud, under the exact pressure the voice uses to make you hide, is the protocol. Not the theory of it. The live version.

Here is the part I keep coming back to.

Last Wednesday I sat in Dan Martell's Elite coaching room and watched him work through a decision about putting something new into the world. A man who has built companies most people only dream about, who has coached thousands of operators on the exact disciplines I run every day. And for a moment, the hesitation was right there. The same question you and I ask. Is it good enough. Is now the time.

He shipped anyway. That is the entire lesson.

The voice does not leave when you win. It does not go quiet once you have proof. The operator at the top of the mountain feels the same pull you feel at the base of it. He just decided to move while it talked instead of waiting for it to go silent. It never goes silent.

So I spent this week shipping, not stalling.

The app went live. One Good Decision. The whole system in one tap. You open it, write down the one good decision you made, rate how hard it was from 1 to 10, and watch the momentum build. No signup. No cost. It is the daily rep that builds a dataset of proof the voice cannot argue with. If you do one thing off this newsletter, make it that. Run it today.

The 5 Non-Negotiables went out as a free download. The operating system underneath all of it:

  1. Set and review your goals three times a day.

  2. Move for 45 minutes and sweat.

  3. Read 10 pages of non-fiction.

  4. Meditate 10 minutes.

  5. Write down one good decision a day and rate how hard it was.

Number five is the one the app does for you.

And I killed an outreach tool I had been paying for. It ran cold automation for a month and produced nothing. Zero replies. Every real conversation this month came from a warm, human message instead. The lesson kept repeating, so I stopped arguing with it. Personal beats automated for this work. Cut the dead weight.

That was the week. One honest date move. One app live. One system shipped. One complication killed.

If the newsletter and the posts have been resonating with you lately, the Founding Cohort is the next step. This is where you level up and stop letting the imposter run the show. This is where we come together, because there is strength in numbers. And this is war.

Enrollment closes July 5. We start July 9. Reply and tell me you are in.

For the ones already moving,
